DATA OWNER INFORMATION REQUEST AND APPLICATION FORM
Please fill in the following application form clearly and fully in order to fulfil your request to our Company Baransel Grup Emlak Turizm Otomotiv İnşaat Taahhüt Ticaret Limited Şirketi in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK") numbered 6698.
We will respond to your application as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the information and documents you have submitted to us are incomplete or incomprehensible, we will contact you to clarify your application.
Our company reserves the right to request additional documents and information for identification and authorization determination in order to eliminate legal risks that may arise from unlawful and unfair data sharing and especially to ensure the security of your personal data. In the event that the information regarding your requests submitted within the scope of the form is not accurate and up-to-date or an unauthorized application is made, our Company does not accept any liability for requests arising from such false information or unauthorized application. All responsibility arising from illegal, misleading or erroneous applications rests with you. Within the scope of the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures of Application to the Data Controller, if our answer to your application exceeds 10 pages, a transaction fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be applied for each page after the 10th page.
Within this framework, the applications are to be made to our Company in "written" form, by printing this form;
