We came to the villa avant-garde on 16-22 December. Even though there was always some uneasiness, when we left, it became a place where we said we had come. They talked about the possibility of underfloor heating with the intention that it would be cold in winter, and I said I'm glad there is such an opportunity. I recommend it especially if you want to go in winter. Since the location of the villa is at the top, there is no question of being exposed to you, etc. You are more likely to be able to see people. My wife was also able to relax because of this situation. Since the villa is at the top, I definitely recommend you to go by car. You will suffer otherwise for both walking and shopping. Because even the nearest grocery store takes a long time to walk. Thank you for the interest and relevance of the company and employee friend.
In short, we were satisfied and I wanted to share it as a recommendation. Have a nice holiday now.
The villa is completely complete, close to the center, close to the restaurants, there is an attendant that you can reach at any time.
The location and facilities are great, indoor pool, open pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, mashallah, in the greenery, like a special hotel, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, we are planning to come back again, thank you also to Tatilvillam family

Fantastic villa in a great location in Kalkan. The hill to the villa from the town is steep and last bit to the villa is very steep, but the taxis are very cheap and frequent if you are not up for the hike.
Really lovely new villa (build 2018), spacious 2 bedrooms with indoor pool in one and jacuzzi in the other... crazy really! But to be honest the outdoor pool & the view did it for us. It was absolutely breath taking. We stayed at villa Akruins for 10 days & every day we were overwhelmed by the view. Morning, day & night. Just beautiful. The villa has good WiFi & well needed air conditioning. It is located 5 mins drive from the town, right at the top of the hill. We hired a car but used taxis every nights. At 25TL the journey it’s was very affordable. Kalkan is an amazing place. Fabulous restaurants & lots of quality fake designer shops if it’s your thing... we would recommend this villa and hope to go back too. The owner Abdullah was very friendly. We had an amazing holiday with our 2 teenagers kids. So glad we found villa Akruins.
Our flight was delayed, we didn't arrive at the villa until 5am, Ugur had filled the fridge with milk, eggs etc. & fresh bread so we had something for breakfast in the morning. This was a very welcoming gesture & much appreciated after a very long journey.
From the moment we arrived the villa was perfect. Everything and more you could need for a family holiday. Mustafa was brilliant with communication before the holiday and during our stay. The villa was lovely, spacious and plenty of room for our 5 children to play. They loved the pool and the games room. Town is only a short work down a hill and we got a taxi back for less than 10 lira (about £2). We will definately be back hopefully next year. It really is so relaxing and perfect. Ive stayed in a lot of villas and this tops them all by far. Thanks Mustafa.
Gorgeous villa with large pool area with stunning views,one of the most amazing and luxurious villa we've stayed in.Modern and spacious with everything you need.Future guests will NOT be disappointed!!!!
Absolut empfehlenswert!!! Die Villa hat alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Die Lage und demzufolge die Aussicht ist super. Der Pool ist für die maximale Anzahl der Gäste ausreichend groß. Dieser wird jeden Morgen und Abend gewartet bzw. durchgecheckt. Alle Zimmer sind gut klimatisiert. Der eine oder andere zweite Fernseher wäre nicht verkehrt, aber wer schaut schon Fern in den Ferien ;) Kalkan selbst bietet alles was man braucht auf einer Straße 'Şehitler Caddesi' - dort ist auch die Baransel Vertretung der Villa zu finden. Unterhalb des Drehkreuzes der Stadt bis zum Ufer findet man die typischen Touristenlokalitäten von Bars und Restaurants bis hin zu diversen Einzelhändlern.
Spectacular views from a wonderful villa that has all any family would want. Walk into town only 10-15 mins downhill and cheap taxi ride back. Villa is well equipped and very modern with space for 2 families sharing and great views from all rooms. The highlight however is the infinity pool and the fabulous view of the town, harbour and bay from sitting in the jacuzzi to perching at the end and basking in the sun. Mustafa provided great help before and during visit and kids love the excellent games facilities and wifi. Would highly recommend as great villa in a wonderful resort and with friendly and helpful management. We all loved it.
