The cleanliness and comfort of the house is very good. There is also a villa garden for large groups. Even though we were such a large and enjoyable crowd, the building was incredibly wide and spacious. We liked it very much, it was a nice holiday, thank you.

The location is close to everywhere, whether we ordered food or shopping, it was delivered in a short time, everywhere was clean and well-kept, we spent an unforgettable week, definitely a villa we will choose again

Since there is not a single negative comment in the comments, I chose this villa without thinking. But I was disappointed, it is not hygienic at all, people are disgusted. The owner of the villa didn't care about us at all, try to say the hair dryer is broken, they said it works. I will never choose this villa again.

We rented this villa because we wanted a place for our children, especially with a pool, where we could all be together. We did not regret it. We felt the comfort and warmth of our own home. It was very clean, we are very satisfied, we recommend it wholeheartedly.

We had a very nice holiday, from the cleanliness to the care and attention shown to the location, all of them were very nice and pleasing. We did not encounter any problems. I can say that it was a really successful villa, it was very comfortable and clean, everything that should be furnished with the comfort of the guests in mind was complete, we had to enjoy it, it was an unforgettable holiday.

The house is the same as the pictures, but in a somewhat deserted location, if you don't have a personal car, it costs between 80-100 TL by taxi from Göcek center. Since we went to the house in November, we had a hot water problem for a few days. The problem went away because the weather turned out later. it was normal and we saw it already, it spoiled our taste a bit. I think it is not a performance house for the price. But it is ideal for crowded families and families with a car.

We had a very nice holiday, it was definitely a place that I would recommend to everyone, it was a place where you can take a pleasant holiday without hesitation.

Atemberaubend und purer Luxus für bezahlbares Geld. Wir waren Anfang Oktober in der Royal Hills Alkaya Villa und ich muss sagen, das war der schönste Urlaub , den wir jemals hatten. Wir haben uns seit Tag 1 wohlgefühlt und sicher. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Für Gäste, die sich Privatsphäre wünschen, ist diese Villa genau das Richtige, Mascha Allah. Die Villa ist nicht einsehbar und sehr geräumig. Allein für die Villa hätten wir am liebsten mehr Zeit mitgebracht, um sie mehr zu genießen. Unser Gastgeber stand uns zu jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Herzlichen Dank nochmal für die schönen Tage. Ps: Das war in sha Allah nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir dort waren.
