My wife and I stayed in this villa in July. We could not use wifi at all. Despite calling and telling them, nothing was done. The house was always invaded by ants. Unfortunately, there were a lot of power cuts in Kalkan, and there was a power cut every day during the 5 days we stayed. Thus, of course, the air conditioners do not work, the alarm system is not activated, etc. This situation made us very uneasy. When we called my holiday villa, the lady on the phone said it wasn't because of them. Nobody cares about you after you get the money until everything gets the money. The fact that there is no generator in such a villa is another matter. We paid for 7 days and unfortunately left the villa on the 5th day in order not to spoil the rest of our days off. The employees of Tatilvillam did not ask everyone who is used to leave early, why we want to check out early. Zero customer satisfaction. The location, cleanliness, view of the villa is very nice. Even though we are a little late in making comments, we wanted to express our thanks. We had a wonderful holiday in nature this year in Villa Kalben. At first we were a little worried. But when we started the holiday, we witnessed that everything was much better than it appeared in the photos. It is a building that was built this year. Everything has been designed to be the best, using the highest quality products. You can easily find everything you want at home. We received the building in a very clean way. The cleaning of the pool and garden was also excellent. Besides, having a large garden was an advantage for both children and us. We spent our holiday to the fullest by using the outdoor pool, whether we wanted the indoor pool or the outdoor pool. We were very close when using the pool, so conservative families like us can come to this villa with peace of mind. Of course, it is not possible if we do not talk about the owners of the villas. The owners of the villa, Mr. Mehmet and Mrs. Cemile, are very, very sweet people who welcomed us with a smiling face and took care of us very closely. They brought us fresh fruits and vegetables every day. We were able to communicate with them easily when we called. Be sure, they help sincerely in every matter. It's been a great week we had a great time. Household furnishings and tools are very organized, useful and harmonious. It has a beautiful view from both the pool and the upper floor. In terms of transportation, the slope leading to the villa is a bit difficult, besides that, there are markets-mosque etc. at the beginning of the slope. It is also very close to Kalkan center by car. We would also like to thank Selda, the owner of the villa. His sincerity and interest also pleased us and made us feel safe.

Everything in the villa has been thought out to the smallest detail, 12 people had a holiday and I would say that no one saw anyone in the house. I would like to thank Mr. Yekta and the holidayvilla employees who took care of us 24/7. A super holiday, especially for closed people, I strongly recommend it to everyone.

We found the villa from the site and went, everything was really nice. The cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the furniture, the garden, the location. You really feel at home, especially if you want to listen to your head. Also, if we compare Fethiye and Kalkan, the approach of the tradesmen of the Kalkan branch was more sincere. There is almost no parking fee etc. Even the prices of souvenirs that suggest a boat trip to Kapital, Pazar and Kekova and an evening cruise to Kaş are more affordable than Fethiye

This year we opened our holiday with the villa from our heart and we were lucky, we were the first guests of the villa, we had a very enjoyable holiday, both with its visuality and with its indoor outdoor pool, and of course, the owners brother Mehmet and my sister Cemile took great care of us. Villa despina, where we stayed last week, gave us the most beautiful holiday in our lives with its location intertwined with nature, sea view and magnificent pool. Moreover, the helpfulness of the host, Ramazan Bey, always adds a special beauty to your holiday with his accessibility and goodwill.

I chose this villa with my wife and two children. First of all, it was a bit far from the sea, but when we got to the villa, we saw that they were all out of place. For those who want to be far away, the air is cool and fresh compared to the center of Kalkan, the children had a great time in the pools and the sports field, we listened and we thank the family who took care of the villa.

Until now, we had spent our holidays in hotels with the all-inclusive system. We wanted to make a change by renting a two-family villa brick in this year, and not be tied to the hotel. And we had the opportunity to spend our most beautiful holiday. While we had the opportunity to visit all the beaches and historical places of that region, we enjoyed grilling every day in the comfortable villa with a wonderful view.
