We had hesitations while planning a vacation. Is the company reliable? Is the villa like in the photo? Are the rooms comfortable? First of all, Tatilvillam is a reliable company. It has offices in the center of Kalkan. We stopped there first to pay when we went. We were greeted with a smile and politeness. The villa is closer than we thought. A motor worker took us to the villa and settled us in. It took 5 minutes by car from the center. BİM, A101 and MİGROS were on the road. The villa has a one-car parking space. We parked the second car right across the house, no problem. The locals of Kalkan living in the surrounding area took care of us and helped us. Beds, rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were clean. In general, everything was complete. The kitchen was a useful designed area with enough materials for 6 people. It was very nice to have a TV and a bathroom in each room. Barbecue was handy. The host was very involved. There was a problem with the toaster and one of the televisions. The next day, he bought a new toaster from Arçelik. He brought it home and changed it. The tv repairman came and replaced the receiver. Nice to have the pool in a sheltered area. In terms of network, Turkcell line is pulling better than others. It is a villa where you can spend a lot of time and go without tiring yourself. We were satisfied.

I can say that we had an unforgettable week together with my wife... We would like to thank the friendly and caring staff of Tatilvillam and more importantly the sweet sister Selda, the owner of the Villa... A different color in the local taste surprises of Selda sister :) the owner of the villa and a very sweet sister who says you can call 24/7 and report even the smallest problem. In our previous villa experiences, we have never come across such caring and beautiful people... we can say that we also fell in love with Alf, the villa with an enchanting view. Thanks again for everything.

The positives, the villa is huge, we were a family of 7 adults and 2 grandchildren. The villa has 5 double bedrooms split over 3 floors, with 3 bathrooms one on each floor. Very safe, the villa is equipped with metal shutters to cover all the windows which are electrically operated from each room on the ground and first floor and the front door has double locks. The villa has a great pool and poolside.

The pool is maintained and checked daily by a member of staff, it has 8 sun beds with some parasols dotted around and a double swing chair. Very large table for outdoor eating with plenty of chairs and a BBQ area for you to cook. The pool is great and was great for the grandchildren we couldn't get them out. Inside the kitchen has an oven with hob, a fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of cutlery etc for you to use.

There is however no microwave, not that it was a problem. There is also a washing machine in the first floor bathroom. The open plan downstairs also has a large dining table and a large corner sofa with other chairs and a large flat screen TV.

The villa itself is at the top of the hill from Olu Deniz and is a 5 minute walk to the main strip in Hisaronu. Communication from the host was very good and we were met at the villa when we arrived as the host had communicated with my transfer company and had communication with the driver. We were also given a bag of start up supplies, bread, juice, cheese, butter and olives. Great for the day afters breakfast before we could go shopping.

Overall we gave the villa 4 out of 5 because on the ground floor bathroom, there were flies continually getting in through a disused waste pipe from what looks like an old washing machine connection, so we closed the door and stopped using it and the shower on the first floor. The sealant has perished leaving black marks around the base and it leaks all over the floor. If these 2 things were fixed the villa would be great.

Villa frenk, which we preferred for our honeymoon holiday, fully met our expectations in terms of both location and pool villa cleaning. We would like to thank the host Mr. Mehmet, he was very interested. We definitely recommend it to those who want to have a quiet and beautiful holiday.

Everything is a very nice and quiet villa as you can see in the pictures. The weather is perfect. You never get bored. The pool is very wide. The friend in charge comes to clean the pool every morning. Every morning, he takes your garbage, cleans the pool area, waters the grass and leaves. Everyone working in the Fethiye branch, especially Emel Hanım, told us He was very helpful. He does his best for your every request. Even though the check-in time was at 15.00, after we had the house cleaned early, even though the check-in time was at 15.00, he immediately took a position and directed his friend on duty. We stayed at Villa style for a week with three children and two adults from Amsterdam. We were really satisfied and we are planning to come to this Villa again next year. The house was clean and new. We enjoyed the holiday with its very comfortable and magnificent view. We recommend it to everyone without hesitation. We were very pleased with the close attention of the host. We felt like guests, not customers. Everything in the house has been thought of, especially for families with children. We didn't come out of the house. Thank you Villa Style!

The villa is a very new villa by heart, everything is made using the best quality, the owners mehmet and cemile sister are very friendly people.

Once again, we enjoyed our holiday in Kalkan, everything is as we wanted in the villa. Our related friend Süleyman took care of everything, thank you. We entered the Villa in the first week of July. They didn't chlorinate the pool much as I had informed before as I am allergic myself. We were very pleased with it. We checked in on Monday and on Wednesday I informed Mrs. Selda that the pool was not beautiful in terms of water quality and appearance. And I wanted whatever was needed to be done to fix it. Unfortunately for us, because there was a power failure, the electricity was cut several times a day. This lasted for four days. Of course, without electricity, the motor of the pool did not work. Mrs. Selda told me that the pool water is not cleaned because we use too much sunscreen while entering the pool. I had a holiday in a conservative villa in Kalkan for the 4th time. I chose my Holiday Villa every time. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the holiday I spent in this villa. We happily give this amount of money to rest for a week. But the end should not have been a disappointment. I couldn't see any effort from my holiday villa either. Unfortunately I know you will not publish my comment . Everything has been thought of to make you comfortable during the holiday. It is exactly as seen in the pictures.. As someone who has stayed in many conservative hotels, I can say that I had a vacation where I rested. Holiday in a villa offers you the opportunity to spend time with your family the way you want. The view is too magnificent to be described in words, it has to be experienced.. Garden and pool maintenance was done in the early hours of the morning silently and without affecting us. Even for minor problems, the host Bünyamin provided a solution in a short time. Many thanks to him and his esteemed wife for their interest and relevance..

We had a very nice holiday as a family, clean, quiet, sheltered villa with a super view, the outside pool was cool despite the fact that it was July, but it was clean. The air conditioner in the living room was not cooling, they came and repaired it a day later, their service was very good, only it was written in the comments that there was a siphon problem. siphon problem continued with us.
