I was in this villa in the first week of August 2019. The villa is very stylish and pleasant. The furnishings have been renovated and naturally much more beautiful and simpler than the pictures here.. There have been some minor glitches but it is not worth dwelling on because they are interested. A house where ten people can stay comfortably.. Everything from oven to iron to hair dryer is available..only wardrobes do not have coat hangers, If you want, bring it with you.. I recommend it to those who think..

Hi. We stayed at Villa Selinay between August 5 and August 12. Everything went great from start to finish. When we went to the first office, 2 friendly and sympathetic ladies welcomed us, they were interested, made the payment and directed us to İbrahim, who is responsible for the villa. He came with his motorbike and picked us up, we followed him with our vehicle, he took us to the villa and explained everything in detail, answered our questions, delivered the villa to us and left. I said that we had come from a long way and when I asked if we could order food from anywhere we were hungry, he brought us pizza, he brought us 1 bottle of water, he brought us 3 breads every morning, he helped us a lot. İbrahim Bey cleaned the pool and its surroundings in the morning, we were not disturbed even once, there was no noise or sound. Each time he asked if we had any requests and he was interested. I would like to thank Ibrahim Abi again from here. Opposite the villa, there are local villagers, very wonderful warm people, I was looking for wood to light a barbecue, they asked me what I was looking for, they gave me an armful of wood from the wood they bought with money, they invited me to their house for tea in the evening. They were wonderful people. The villa was great in general, everything was clean and useful, everything is available in the house until the soda opener. The view from the terrace was unbelievable. The pool was very clean and the water was crystal clear. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about, there were a few minor infrastructure problems, the room is not in the villa itself, unfortunately, the infrastructure of our country is not developed, I mean the infrastructure, sewerage and internet, the villa's internet does not work properly. This problem is not caused by the villa, as I mentioned above, the infrastructure of our country is unfortunately not good, even in Istanbul today, there is no proper internet infrastructure, it is quite normal that the internet does not work properly in such a village. The villa was new and clean. The pool is very nice, the person feels intertwined with the sea. We were able to go to the center of Kalkan with a beautiful view, 2 km, 5 minutes by car. Also, the villa is very calm and quiet, it can rest the human soul here, we spent a week here, we did not experience any problems. Sometimes there could be mosquitoes. If you keep the mosquito nets in the room closed, you will not have any problems..

Hi, It is the villa we rented between 10-17 August. We stayed until August 16 with our 2 children. The view and location of the villa is magnificent. However, there are 1-2 issues, if you do not write, we will not be able to pass. First of all, we left 1 day early. The Baransel group did not ask why we left early, and did not even ask if we were satisfied with the villa. We would expect them to pay more attention to customer satisfaction. We raised the issues at check-out (even if we weren't asked), we felt like we'd get over it okay. The other issue is that the interior of the house is not of sufficient quality despite the weekly rental fee of the house. Issues such as the constant flow of the siphons, the dishwasher not draining or not washing well, and the fact that the bathroom drain in the master bedroom is not clogged are minor but comfort-reducing and disturbing factors. The shooting speed of the internet at home was also not very good. Also, due to the fact that the house is built on a mountain, there is no greenery around it and there is no natural shade, it was very difficult to spend time outside the villa between 11:00 and 18:00 during the daytime. The blinds were not sufficient as it was very hot. We have been vacationing in a villa in Kalkan for 3 years. We have never stayed in a villa with such a beautiful view. However, the villa that we were not satisfied with the most was this villa. I hope the comfort is increased a little more. Defects are fixed.

We stayed in Villa Elegance with our whole family, when we booked it, there was no indoor pool etc. on the site, but we left with satisfaction, even more than we thought. Every room of the house is spacious and has a sea view, we didn't leave the house, so to speak, the view and location were very enjoyable, everything was thought for us adults and children, the gentleman who looked after the villa was very respectful and kind, the only problem for us was that it had a parking lot for two cars, but we parked our other car on the side of the road. The villa is much more beautiful than the pictures, I guess my holiday villa does not deal with pictures on purpose, we came on holiday last year, deceived by pictures from a different company, we were disappointed no matter how they played with the pictures, but thanks to this, we got to know the shield and learned from the shopkeepers that the best villas in this region are in my holiday villa. We chose Villa Luna from my holiday villa without looking at the site. The fact that it is a new villa also attracted us and we were very pleased. The inside of the villa is amazing, the indoor pool is very large and useful. It was a perfect holiday with my wife and children. Villa Lord really exceeded our expectations, it is a very high quality villa, and it has everything in it. The owner of the villa took very good care of us, very smiling, and a very friendly family. If there is any problem, they come to help immediately. I had a holiday with my children in the first week of August and we really enjoyed it. There were occasional power cuts in the area, but it didn't affect us much. Of course, if there is a continuous interruption, the pool does not clean itself because the engine of the pool does not work. But this has nothing to do with the owner of the villa. Therefore, I hope the municipality will find a solution to this as soon as possible. The road to Villa is very steep, novice driver may have difficulty. Other than that, there is no missing or problem. Markets are very close, you can even order food at home. We had a great time in front of that view.
