Mrs. Cilem was a very friendly landlady. Her villa was designed very well, the materials they used in the villa were really 1st Class Malteserinnen, everything was of very high quality. All of the kitchen materials were of very high quality.

At the beginning of August, I had my holiday in Villa Ayaz. Compared to the different villas I have stayed in before, you are close to a very nice asphalt road in terms of transportation and close to places such as market and greengrocer. But there was a problem in the villa electricity and the pool cleaning motor, we used the dirty pool one day, it also caused power cuts, and when we added the general electricity shortage in the shield, we had power cuts 6-7 times during the day. The location of the villa is very nice as the view is close to the road, but the biggest disadvantage is a big mountain on the east side of the villa and the sun comes to the pool until 12 noon and the pool gets extremely cold until the water gets hot. Conservative in the category of villas, but not fully conservative. The road passing behind the house, the pool and its surroundings can be seen easily. The hosts are good people, caring and respectful, but the villa is inadequate in terms of price and performance.

Diese Villa ist ein absoluter Traum! Es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter hat bei der Einrichtung und Ausstattung an alles gedacht. Wir waren in der Villa Dark mit 2 Familien für 15 Tage. Der Standort ist etwas abgelegen aber nicht zu weit vom Schuss, einfach perfekt. Ein Auto braucht man trotzdem. Ganz oben ist das Master Bedroom mit Jacuzzi, Turkish Hammam Sauna und Balcony. Darunter sind 2 Schlafzimmer ebenfall mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Man konnte richtig gut entspannen und die Kinder hatten ihren Spass. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und allzeit hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es war wirklich 1:1 wie auf den Bildern! Ich schreibe die Bewertung weil ich gefragt wurde, aber der Inhalt ist kein bißchen übertrieben. Es ist sehr Ruhig und man kann hier wirklich Urlaub machen. Also nix wie los BUUUUUCHEN!!! Viele Grüße aus GT

Everything has been thought for the comfort and peace of the guests in Villa Maki. Items are new. The location is very nice, close to the center and in a quiet and peaceful spot in the forest. Villa owners are interested and find instant solutions to every problem. The rooms are spacious and convenient. We had a very comfortable holiday in the garden with 6 adults + 3 children. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a villa holiday.

Villas are great. During the pandemic period, we were stuck inside. The interior of the villa is clean, the rooms are very nice. Thank you very much for the garden and pool. Thanks to our hosts, they are very friendly people and took great care of us. Since it is only a village road, you have to go by private vehicle. But the air of the Kayakoy is clean.

Every morning the pool is cleaned and the garden is watered and you don't even see it because it's so early. Being in the forest, besides its visual beauty, it offers you the opportunity to sit outside comfortably in the evening accompanied by a pleasant breeze. It is 15 20 minutes by car to the center, and online markets deliver to that area. We chose it because we had a baby and we wanted a more isolated holiday during the pandemic period, which is a good thing we did. We were very satisfied, we plan to come again.
