First of all, I would like to start with the villa owners, a perfect family, they helped us with whatever we needed. We would like to thank Mr. Yusuf and his wife for their honesty, meticulousness and smiling faces. We just left, we are on the way and we couldn't get enough of the holiday. The location of the villa is very good, there is a small bazaar, you can find many things you are looking for, we went to the sea by car, it only took 3-4 minutes. You can get there by walking very easily. Everything is very well thought out in the villa, we liked it very much, I hope we will come again. I want to say for those who come, the house is very clean, please leave it clean :))

We stayed in this paradise villa between 19-26 September. A wonderful villa with its nature and view, where you will discover a beauty in every detail. With the perfect garden landscape and architecture in the middle of the pine trees, you feel in a different world from the first moment. It is in a perfect position in nature with various fruit trees. Owners Mr. Osman and Mrs. Ilkay have also displayed very beautiful and aesthetic touches in every corner of the house. I would highly recommend this wonderful experience to everyone.

We had a 7 day holiday. The villa is centrally located and easily accessible. House cleaning was fine. The furnishings in the house are thought out to the smallest detail. A villa without any flaws. Enjoying the pool and garden is priceless. A house where you can relax with children. You can rent it without hesitation. Enjoy the beaches, ancient cities and hidden city canyon around. My holiday villa staff are very helpful in any problem. In short, we are planning to go again, we liked it very much

We had a holiday as 2 couples in Villa lukka in September. We did a rigorous research before renting the villa before the holiday. The last 4 km of the road to the villa is pretty bad, and I say be prepared with the taste of a horror movie :) As it is said, the surrounding of the villa does not cause much discomfort as long as you burn nice quiet coffee, the bees do not bother too much. Most of the kitchen utensils were in bad condition. The teapot was unusable, we asked for a teapot on the same day, but after 3 days Due to a fire in a region in Kalkan, pieces of ash flew into the pool, but it was not cleaned. The pool, which was said to be done every day, was not cleaned and unfortunately our garbage was not taken in the same way. At the end of a few days, the garbage was taken after we said it.

We went to the villa as two families. We met my family from abroad at the baransel group office in fethiye in a great location and they have an impressive office, we are obviously jealous of the baransel group where they do their job properly :) A friend accompanied us to the villa, the location of the villa is very nice, it is very close to Ölüdeniz, etc. Also, the weather is perfect. Let me state that the villa is much more beautiful than in the pictures. The indoor pool, Turkish bath and sauna are very useful, we enjoyed it very much, we recommend it. Thanks

September 19, 2020 We came to honeymoon, I did a lot of research before I finally decided on Bala, we chose Bala in Iyiki, it was perfect with its view, the location of the house and the cleanliness of the villa. I would also like to thank the owner of the villa, Bünyamin, for his interest and gentleness, I say Villa Bala for the holiday.

Ideal for conservative families. The villa is very clean. The furniture is new. Everything you might need at home has been thought of. The view is superb. Markets are very close, shopping is no problem. We had a fun and peaceful holiday with our children. We plan to go again. We thank Fazilet for her interest.

The Villa was very nice, everything was thought of, priority everything, thank you very much. My only complaint is the friends who entered before us, I think, were taking a shower with sunscreen. If they want to find it clean, they have to leave it clean. The water of the pool was very cloudy, but they came and cleaned it. Everything was fine. And thank you to the uncle and aunt.

I had a nice ten-day vacation with my family. It is a quiet and calm area among the mountains with a magnificent view. We rested very well. The air is not suffocating, it is a humidity-free temperature. We watched the stars and the moon at night. The villa is immaculate. Kenan, who is in charge, is very interested and relevant, and I also appreciate his honest behavior that immediately fulfills all our wishes and desires. We had a lot of fun with the kids. The pool and sauna were the bomb. Yakuzisi made the point with the view.

We preferred such a holiday with my wife for our honeymoon and pandemic. Comments were very valuable to us while we were doing research. That's why all the comments made for this place reflect the truth. We had a better holiday than we expected. The location of the house, its facilities were absolutely magnificent. It was a completely sheltered villa with a beautiful view and air. Definitely preferable. There are all kinds of items suitable for your home use. The host, Cemal, is very caring and hospitable. The pool garden is very useful. An address we will choose again next year without thinking :)

It was the first time we had a holiday in this concept. At first, we had concerns about both comfort and hygiene. But as soon as we got home, it was a week when we said we came, thanks to the hospitality, communication of Mrs. Fatoş and Mr. Ahmet, and the careful cleaning and preparation of the house.
