Villa Ayles

Villa Ayles, a new villa completed in 2021, is a luxury villa with a capacity to sleep 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. The pool terrace has been designed with our honeymoon and conservative guests in mind, and can be hidden from the outside with a curtain system. The spacious pool terrace is ideal dining al-fresco dining, sunbathing and enjoying family time. The open - plan kitchen and lounge has enough room for all members of the family and also has access to the pool terrace to allow all guests to relax together. As well as this a heated indoor pool and sauna can also be found in the villa. On the upper floor of the villa is 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are double and 1 twin bedroom.

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Ayles  is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. The villa entrance is accessed by going up a long flight of steps and parking is available at road level below the villa. Alternatively guests can use the reasonably priced local taxi services to explore the area.

Note: There is a security camera in our villa.

NOTE: A maximum of 6 people + 2 children under the age of 5 are accepted in our villa. Over 6 adults are strictly not accepted.

NOTE: There is a children's playground just behind our villa, and there is a basketball hoop, Table Tennis, Slide and Swing.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: Width; 2.50m Length; 5.0 m Depth; 1.40 m 

The indoor pool can be heated and can be adjusted free of charge between 1st October and 30th April . The maximum temperature is 25-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period. Note: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the closed areas of our villa.

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 euros. The deposit amount will be returned to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
