Villa Berlin

Villa Berlin is a 3 bedroom villa, located in Kalkan’s Islamlar Village. From the villa’s pool terrace guests will enjoy looking out over Kalkan’s bays as well as being able to enjoy the natural scenery of the green hills rolling out below. The pool terrace has been furnished with comfortable fittings, including a modern seating area; perfect for evenings spent with loved ones, sunbeds as well as a dining table, ideal for dining al-fresco.

The interior of Villa Berlin has been furnished with modern fittings and is spaced over two floors to create enough space for all members of the family. The lounge and kitchen-diner are all open planned, allowing you to spend well deserved time with your family. Furthermore to this an air hockey machine has also been added to the living space, to create a little more entertainment. Three en-suite bedrooms, two of which are double and one twin bedroom, can be found on the upper floor of the villa. The villas Master Bedroom has also been fitted with a Jacuzzi, allowing you to truly relax on your holiday.

Islamlar village where villa Berlin is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is found along a country road and a parking space is available next to the entrance.

Note: The villa can only sleep 6 guests maximum (including babies and children)

Note: The deposit fee in this villa is 200 euros. The deposit amount will be refunded to the guest if no damage / damage is observed during the checks to be made at the exit of the villa.
