Villa Bond

Villa Bond is a luxury spa villa found in the Kördere hills of Kalkan. Given it's elevated position the villa boasts incredible views stretching far out to sea. With both indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and Turkish bath villa Bond offers everything you need to unwind. The pool terrace area is secluded and unseen from the outside so guests who require privacy during their holiday will be very comfortable in this villa.

At the entrance level of the villa there is an open landing leading flooded with light from the double height window at the front of the building. There are two elegant and spacious en-suites on this floor with luxury fittings and balconies with breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding mountains. The ground floor to this villa is found one level down where there is a chic open-plan living room with a feature fireplace, generous kitchen and indoor dining area. From here you can access the stunning pool terrace with a large infinity pool, sheltered garden-BBQ area (with picnic bench and stone BBQ), sheltered seating area and sunbathing space. This is the perfect space to enjoy the unspoiled views. At the top of the villa is the spa floor, home to a large indoor heated pool, sauna and double seat jacuzzi from all of which the views can be admired as your stress melts away. The final bedroom of the property is adjacent to this spa room- a double suite with sea facing balcony. 

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Bond is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is very steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. There is space to park a vehicle at the rear of the villa. Alternatively guests can use the reasonably priced local taxi services to explore the area.

Please note: there is no longer a Turkish Bath in this villa.

NOTE : The last 500-600 m road of the villa consists of a steep slope.
NOTE: THE HAMMACK WILL BE REMOVED AS OF OCTOBER 1 AND IT WILL BE ONLY IN THE SUMMER PERIOD. ALSO, IT CAN ONLY BE USED IN THE INDOOR AREA.
Note: The television in the villa is a smart television with netflix and amazon prime application.

The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted free of charge (between October 1 - April 30)  on request. (Maximum 26 - 27 degrees) The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.

Note: The deposit fee for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided that no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.

The location information below is based on one-to-one measurements between the villa you want to rent and the specified location. The distances expressed as KM are determined by automobile and the distances expressed as M are determined by our authorized staff by means of GPS measuring device.

Please note our outdoor pools will be closed between the 1st November - 30th April due to weather conditions. We thank you for your understanding.
