Villa Mina

Villa Mina is situated high up on the hills of Kördere looking down over the town of Kalkan, it's bay and far reaching sea. From this elevated position the views of rolling green hills meeting the endless blue sea are truly breathtaking.  This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that cannot be seen from the outside (It can only be seen from the lower road when going to the front.) making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or groups who want to experience total privacy on their holiday. This property has beautiful large green gardens spread over two levels outside the villa. A generous terrace-garden where the whole family can enjoy leisurely summer days and nights is found to the side of the open-plan living room/kitchen. The large infinity pool has an integrated children’s pool both of which spill out to the sea below. A canopy shaded outdoor dining table is featured to the front of the kitchen and a BBQ is provided so guests can feast in this garden of Eden. To the back of the terrace are majestic green mountains covered in olive trees.

The interior is spaced across two floors with ultra chic fittings and large windows which let in lots of sunlight.  The incredible panoramic sea views views can be enjoyed from every room in the villa and our guests will marvel at the stunning master bedroom spa. This spacious room has a heated indoor pool with skylight open to the bedroom area. In the bathroom section of this en-suite is a separate sauna and hamam (Turkish bath) integrated into the shower area. Adjacent to the master is a twin suite which, similarly stylish in design with a sheltered balcony to admire the panoramic sea views. A third double suite with separate access is found on the lower ground floor adjacent to the first garden. This room also has a jacuzzi and balcony to admire the views and connects to the spacious green garden that sits below the pool.

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Mina is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is very steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. The villa entrance is accessed by going up three flights of steps through the lower level garden and parking is available at road level below the villa.

Note: The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.
