This notification relates to the camera surveillance activity carried out by Baransel Grup Emlak Turizm Otomotiv İnşaat Taahhüt Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as ‘’Baransel Group’’). This activity is carried out in accordance with the obligations stated in The Personal Data Protection Law (‘’KVKK’’), prepared within the scope of the obligations of disclosure stated the Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK") numbered 6698.

Our company acts in accordance with the regulations in the ‘’KVKK’’ in conducting surveillance activities with cameras for security purposes. Our company conducts security camera monitoring activities in accordance with the purposes stipulated in the laws and the personal data processing conditions listed in the ‘’KVKK’’ in order to ensure security in its buildings and facilities.

On the other hand, live camera images can be viewed by the employees of the department responsible for security duties and administrative affairs within the company. A limited number of people who have access to the records declare that they will protect the confidentiality of the data they access with a confidentiality undertaking.
The personal data in question may be transferred to the relevant judicial authorities and / or law enforcement officers in case of legal disputes and in case of a written request within the framework of the provisions of the national legislation.
