We loved our villa, which we rented to evaluate our semester holiday, January 28, check-in, February 2, 2022, as seen in the same photo. It has a very beautiful view. It consists of quality goods, unwritten toaster, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc. ..the house is spacious and spacious.. Mr. Ferhat and the staff of the holiday villa site, especially Şeyma and Ms. (we called and reminded before we came) floor heating was only downstairs, air conditioners were also insufficient..we could use the heated pool for the last 2 days because it didn't get hot because..jacuzzis leaked water flooded the room from the top to the kitchen counter, jacuzzi water flowed from the spot parts..kitchen sink during the holiday it was clogged..when it rained,water always filled inside..the villa we call conservative We officially spent 5 days in our house with the workers and mats in our hands.. There were also recommendations to move to another villa, but we continued to stay with the thought that the problems would pass and we settled down, but we faced a different problem every day.. I think the owners of the villas were abroad, we did not have the opportunity to meet. We wanted to give a gift and spend quality time together, but we did not succeed.. there is no problem for those who will come after us. All problems have been solved.. the villa is already built in 2021..I think we used it for the first time in winter..the villa is definitely cut out for summer..you should definitely come in summer..again And thanks for everything..

This winter, we decided to spend our semester holiday in Göcek with the children. I am glad that Mavi Ocean villa is the place we prefer. The comfort of the house, its size, the garden, the size of the rooms, its proximity to the center and the beach were very important. Suitable for large families. Thank you Mr. Kerim and his family for making us feel like at home.

First of all, our accommodation date is between 1-4 February 2022. Positive aspects about the villa; It is very clean, the view is perfect, the rooms are extremely spacious and wide, the air conditioner bites beautifully, it is protected and secure, the physical features are exactly as described here. But the most important problem is hot water. We did not use the jacuzzi or the hammam. I passed them and we couldn't even take a shower because of the hot water problem. On the first day, when we filled 1/3 of the jacuzzi in the evening, the hot water ran out and it took about 4 hours until the water got hot again. We went as 2 families, we have 2 children, we went to the hot pool, but the pool got warm after the temperature was increased due to our insistence on the last day and they could only enter the pool on the last day. The villa is physically beautiful, but I would not prefer it again due to the hot water problem in winter.

We had a very enjoyable holiday. Everything is as seen in the photos. A very clean, well-kept villa with a magnificent view. We thank the company staff and our brother Durmuş Ali, who took care of us, and helped us in every way.

We spent a week in Villa Arcadia in a word, a wonderful holiday in August. We liked the architecture of the villa and the use of natural wood. exactly the same as the photos. The view is amazing, especially the sunset view is priceless. The pool located in the bedroom is definitely a great idea. When it was very hot during the day, we had the opportunity to use the indoor pool and then the outdoor pool with our children. Sleeping with the dim blue lighting of this pool was a pleasure for us. Located in olive trees, the villa is really isolated and sheltered, we were very comfortable in this respect. The location of the villa is really good and it is very close to the center, but it is quiet and peaceful. Also very close to many beaches, Patara, Kaputaj .... close to the beaches, it was a holiday where we could get enough of both the sea and the pool. Everything was thought of in the villa, everything we needed was at our fingertips. It is also very good in terms of cleaning. In addition, the owner of the villa, Bünyamin, is very concerned, he helped us quickly whenever we needed, we thank him very much. It was our first villa holiday and we really enjoyed it. We definitely plan to come back again.

We are very satisfied with this villa. You are not disturbed in any way, even though there is another villa next to you. Only the villa in front of us was blocking the sun and the view, and it was slightly cool. The kitchen is on the 1st floor and the balcony is a bit narrow for large families. We rented this villa 2 times and went with 2 families. Everyone had their own private room and bathroom, it was really useful.

this villa was one of the first villas we rented from Tatilvillam. We rent a villa from my holiday villa every holiday, trust 100% The villa is very beautiful with everything, when we went 8 years ago, it was very clean and they were interested. Everything was available in the villa. Definitely as seen in the photos. As far as I can see, they also renewed the furniture. Then we rented this villa for the second time and we were satisfied with everything again.

There were no problems with cleaning etc. in the villa, but I was only disgraced because there was an air conditioning problem in the villa for the price of a 5-star hotel.

friends, we visited the house during the pandemic period in 2020, when I saw the comment today, I thought of writing the house, yes, the house is very nice, the air is very nice, it smells of pine everywhere, but the road is terrible, it's officially on the top of the mountain in the forest, it was the last house, there was no place to go anymore, think about it, we were able to go up for half an hour and our cars. He always took the bottoms , one was a BMW one was a golf town car . We couldn't afford to go down again, anyway, if there wasn't an officer who goes up every day, God bless a very good officer, we would be hungry and thirsty there, there were 40 50 cm gaps in places on the road, I don't know if you have a land vehicle, go to it, think again -[<#>]-- the road sucks

Fabulous service and excellent communication from Lotte at Baransel throughout the booking process and our stay. Helpful and friendly check in with Selcuk. Villa had great views, sunsets and was really spacious with excellent facilities, a real home from home. Sauna and indoor pool a bonus. Comfortable beds and plenty of space throughout the villa. Not walking distance to town but it's an easy taxi ride for 35-40TL and taxi was there within 10 mins of call.
