We stayed in January. The villa was really great. The indoor pool, hammam and sauna were magnificent. The children did not even want to leave the villa. A very good concept has been created for the winter holiday. The villa is located 10 minutes away from Kalkan and has a beautiful mountain air and an incredible view. Everything you needed was available and in working order. You only need to bring your food and drink and there are places where you can order food. Also, nearby grocers bring your orders home. I would like to thank Mr. Müslüm from Tatilvillam and Mr. Durmuş in charge of the villa, they helped us in everything and they were really interested.

The villa is close to the center of Kalkan, A101 and Şok market, the view is more beautiful and does not blow compared to most of the villas around it. The house is very clean and all the furniture was brand new. When only two families stay together, there are not enough glasses and plates, it is necessary to operate the machine after each meal. The indoor pool is hot and the children are welcome. The sauna and steam room were quite adequate. If you want to stay in the room with the pool, it has a slightly humid environment. We had a good time with billiards, table football and TV. They helped us through. We recommend it.

Mr. Ferhat was very concerned, thank you very much, we felt very comfortable. But those who go up to the villas from the door entrance can see your half pool. And unfortunately, there is glass around the sitting group on the right, so people can see you by car. A lot of car noise is disturbing in the evenings because the villa is directly on the road. Since I was closed, I was disturbed by these points and unfortunately there were cameras that directly shot the pool. We did not understand why these cameras were not at the entrance of the door. I made honest comments so that closed ladies like me would not be offended.

Although we thought and worried a lot, we finished the villa holiday we chose for the first time without any accident, thank goodness. In terms of reliability, my holiday villa did not give us any difficulties. Before I did, they always called, gave information and directed. Although the villa is far from the center in terms of security and environment, we did not have any problems about the white palace. Having 3 more villas around gives confidence. Cleaning was good. When we entered, a clean and sparkling house welcomed us. Of course, there were minor details, but they were tolerable. The villa is very pleasant and there are many activities in it. There is also a lot to spend time for families going with children. All the necessary details are available in the kitchen. The only thing I lacked was the mixer. Having a TV in every room also provided us a comfort. The 4th room of the villa to be used is downstairs. So there is no passage through the house. You pass through the garden, the indoor pool, sauna and steam room are in the same section. The lower part is like a separate spa area, there is also a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This is the first thing you see, but we didn't have any problems even though we used the 4th room actively. However, I think it is more appropriate to know this detail when coming. The indoor pool was a little cold at first, but after the 3rd day, it started to get very hot. It was a clean pool. We used it actively. There is a market and A101 very close to the house. It is always open. In this sense, you do not have any problems. There are wonderful coasts and beaches that can be visited by car. Patara and Kaputaş beach are very close and must-see places. In fact, even though it's winter holiday, as I told you, take all kinds of accessories with you to sunbathe in the garden when the temperature exceeds 15. In this sense, the lower garden is more enjoyable since the indoor pool is actively used. There is a very easy-to-use barbecue in the garden. You don't need anything extra. You can just come with your suitcases, do your grocery shopping and have a nice holiday. There are places to walk around. The night is very quiet, those who love the calm will love the silence and the stars. This silence may sound scary, but as I said, having close houses gives confidence and we did not have any problems in terms of security. Although there are nearby houses, the garden and pools are very sheltered. Everything is as it appears in the photos. Also, lastly, many thanks to Mr. Ferhat. He helps you with your every need tirelessly. All kinds of problems can be encountered, but the important thing is to find a solution. In this regard, Ferhat will give you all the support. We did not have a problem with insects and pests inside the house. It would be fair to say that we haven't seen a single one. But of course, we should not forget that the wire fences are open. Because it is present in the garden as it is. I am sure that the white house will be a much more unique villa with the use of the outdoor pool in the summer months. We had made a reservation at Villa Hay through Tatilvillam. We had to leave the villa due to an unresolved issue we had there. When we conveyed the situation to the company, we were met with an interest and courtesy that far exceeded our expectations. While we were expecting a refund, the company assumed all responsibility due to an error that was not actually caused by us or the company. In the remaining days of our holiday, they hosted us in Villa Anıl, which is very high in terms of budget and quality. Even though the kitchen furniture is a bit old, we came across a holiday place that has been designed very well with everything and offers visual pleasure and comfort with fine details. A very cute villa for rent with our friends, the furniture was clean and well-maintained. We had no problems with cleaning. Being close to the center is another advantage. It can be rented without hesitation. We were very satisfied.

We had our honeymoon here. Our advice to families with children and honeymoon couples, everything was very good, even when there was the slightest problem, they would take care of the problem and solve the problem. I would like to thank my brother especially for his interest. It takes about 20 minutes with your transportation vehicle to reach the center, so be sure to take everything you will buy even when you are going to pass, but even this 20-minute distance allows you to have a very enjoyable journey when you turn on your music. The pool was simply great, you don't even need the sea, we didn't go personally. It has a huge garden, everything you see in the photos, there is nothing missing, the pool is cleaned every morning in the garden.
